What is the difference between Level 3 and level 4?

Our guidance is generally that level 3 is aimed at professionals who are relatively new to FM or to people who are occupying a support or supervisory role within FM whilst level 4 is aimed at Facilities Managers with a few years’ operational management experience. At both levels, the assessments have a focus on operational level facilities management. However whilst level 3 assessments mainly require you to describe and broadly explain FM concepts and processes, level 4 will require you to go into more depth and explain in detail the rationale behind these concepts and processes.

How are the qualifications delivered?

Our delivery is based on face to face day courses followed by written assignments. You will also have access to an online resource platform while you write the assessments.
