Q. Do your events qualify for CPD?

Yes, all our courses contribute to and support CPD. Attendees receive Quadrilect Ltd certificates of attendance for CPD which can be retained as evidence of learning achievements.

As well as being accredited in the UK, our programmes are increasingly being recognised internationally and many are now formally recognised by other institutes and awarding bodies including the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), the Institution of Occupational Health & Safety (IOSH), City & Guilds, and the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (IEHF)

Q. I am interested in a career in facilities management – where do I start?

Our 3-day flagship foundation course Understanding FM provides a thorough introduction to FM. It is suitable for those new to the profession or with less than 2-3 years’ operational experience looking to broaden their range of responsibilities and skills.

As part of our SkillSet range of e-learning courses, we also offer called Getting Started in FM – although a stand-alone course, it can also be purchased as a pre-course taster or supplement to the 3-day Understanding FM course.

Q. I am a member of a professional body, do I get a discount?

Yes, Members of IWFM, IFMA, RICS, ILM, CIOB, CIBSE 

Q. Can you deliver this event in-house?

We can arrange in-house sessions of most of our public courses either in their standard format or as more tailored sessions. This provides a highly cost effective alternative for groups of staff with similar needs, helping you to save on delegate fees, travel, and accommodation and above all, time.

Q. If my organisation hasn't paid before the course or conference starts can I still attend?

Yes, however you must have confirmed the booking in writing. If in doubt please call us. Please note that with all overseas bookings and those funded by an individual and not an organisation, full payment is required before the booking can be accepted.

Q. Can you invoice me/my organisation?

Yes. An invoice will be sent with the joining instructions.

Q. How can I pay?

You can pay by BACs, by cheque made payable to Quadrilect Ltd, or by credit/debit card via a secure link - we are unable to take card details over the phone.

Q. If I unexpectedly cannot attend, can I send a replacement delegate?

Yes, but please email us with the course details, delegate’s name and the substitute's name to info@quadrilect.co.uk or call tel: +44 (0)7483 348 224.

Q. Can I cancel or transfer?

If you cancel within 10 working days from the start of your course full fees apply but substitutes will be accepted. Cancellations must be made in writing.

If you wish to transfer your booking to a future date we will ask you to settle your invoice in full and a further fee of £75+VAT per day will apply.

We reserve the right to change the venue and the right in its absolute discretion to cancel the event.

Q. Where is the course taking place?

The majority of our courses are located in Central London however we can run in-house programmes on site. Please call us for venue details on a specific course on tel. +44 (0)7483 348 224.

Q. Can the venue accommodate my special dietary requirements?

Yes, provided you inform us when you register, alternatively by email info@quadrilect.co.uk or call us on +44 (0)7483 348 224.

Q. How will I find the venue?

A map will be sent with the joining instructions.

Q. Is there disabled access?

Yes, but arrangements vary at some venues, so phone us for details on tel +44 (0)7483 348 224.

Q. Is there car parking available?

There are usually commercial car parks nearby. Please check with the venue directly - contact details are provided with your joining instructions.

Q. Can my office leave messages for me at the training venue?

Yes, please refer to your joining instructions or call us on tel +44 (0) (0)7483 348 224.

Q. What if I need accommodation but no residential option is given?

Most courses will be held at hotels, please contact us for venue information and liaise with the venue directly and state you are a Quadrilect Ltd delegate. Subject to availability some of our venues may be able to offer you the discounted rate.  You will be responsible for settling the bill for your reservation.  Alternatively we can suggest a hotel search website to find accommodation close by suitable for your requirements.  We suggest reservations are made with a refundable cancellation policy to allow for unforeseen changes.

Q. Am I responsible for making my own travel arrangements?

Yes, we will include a location map to the venue when we send out your joining instructions, but we are happy to provide further information on local travel and hotel accommodation.  As with accommodation we suggest any tickets purchased are made with a refundable cancellation policy to allow for unforeseen changes.

Q. If I am unable to attend the meeting can I still buy the notes?

Q. Can you stop mailing me?

Yes, if you are on our database. If you are on a list we rented we will ask the list holder to remove you. Please return the envelope to us, with your address still legible or phone us on +44 (0)7483 348 224 or email info@quadrilect.co.uk.

Q. Can you add me to your mailing list?

Yes, please let us have your name, job title, address, phone, email address and areas of interest, by email on info@quadrilect.co.uk

Q. I have got the brochure but is there anything else I need to know?

The brochure should contain a sufficient description of the event for you to make a decision, but you can go online and download detailed information including the timings on all our courses. In addition, don't hesitate to call us on +44 (0)7483 348 224 to discuss your more detailed needs.

Q. Can I dress casually?

Yes, we suggest ‘smart casual’ but more importantly wear clothes that will be comfortable to wear during the course.

Q. Can I be added to your speakers' list?

Yes. We are always interested to hear from speakers. Please let us have contact details, brief details of speaking experience and your areas of expertise.
